Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirement analysis.
- Perform API testing to ensure seamless backend functionality and system integration.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, manipulation, and optimization.
- Identify requirement gaps and design test cases using industry best practices.
- Track, document, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with development and business teams to ensure test coverage.
- Stay updated with emerging tools, testing strategies, and QA trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience in API testing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to identify requirement gaps and translate them into effective test designs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Engineering.
- Experience in ERP applications and integrations is an added advantage.
