RPA Developer
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Develop and maintain RPA workflows, scripts, and bots to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.
- Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members on RPA development and best practices.
- Document RPA solutions, including design specifications and implementation procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Robotic Process Automation.
- Proven experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Power Platform, or similar.
- Strong programming skills and solid understanding of automation concepts, process mapping, and business process analysis.
- Experience integrating RPA solutions with various systems, APIs, and databases.
- Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud-based RPA deployment and management.
