Senior Full Stack Developer (Team Lead)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development team by establishing best practices, coding standards, and architectural decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and NestJS.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a distributed team of developers.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions (AWS) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Act as a technical advisor, ensuring the project follows best industry standards.
- Effectively communicate with international clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development with React.js and NestJS as core technologies.
- Proven experience leading development teams and making architectural decisions.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and scalable architectures.
- Experience working with distributed teams and global collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
