Technology Relationships Support Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and leveraging new sales opportunities within the technology sector by supporting Sales Leads.
- Generate and qualify leads via several lead generating strategies (i.e., cold calling, cold emailing, etc.)
- Support the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including documentation and content creation.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of client relationships, ensuring continuous satisfaction and growth.
- Contribute to the team’s goal of enhancing ‘Revenue per Relationship’ and achieving year-on-year growth by continuously providing solutions to clients.
- Provide insightful feedback to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic business pitches and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in relationship management.
- Qualified in Marketing, Management, or a relevant field. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- Strong understanding of technology markets and trends.
- Always be available to ensure all of the customer needs are satisfied.
- This is an on-site role and may require travel to the client sites on demand.
