Associate Project Manager /Junior Project Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, coordinate, and monitor project plans, schedules, and work hours for assigned projects.
- Schedule, participate in, document, and follow up on stakeholder meetings.
- Manage required changes, update necessary documents, and ensure project deadlines are met throughout the project life cycle according to the project management calendar.
- Ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to agile software development practices across cross-functional teams, including product owners, third-party project managers, vendors, business partners, and other internal teams.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring seamless communication with clients, understanding their needs, and meeting requirements. Proactively manage deliveries on time.
- Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, risks, and issue mitigation plans, and communicate progress levels to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Deal with all project-related escalations and seek input and assistance from appropriate channels to resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.i
