Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain, coordinate, and monitor project plans, schedules, and work hours for assigned projects.
  • Schedule, participate in, document, and follow up on stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage required changes, update necessary documents, and ensure project deadlines are met throughout the project life cycle according to the project management calendar.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to agile software development practices across cross-functional teams, including product owners, third-party project managers, vendors, business partners, and other internal teams.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring seamless communication with clients, understanding their needs, and meeting requirements. Proactively manage deliveries on time.
  • Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, risks, and issue mitigation plans, and communicate progress levels to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Deal with all project-related escalations and seek input and assistance from appropriate channels to resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.i
