Support the Managing Director with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders under guidance
Assist in preparing and organizing correspondence, reports, presentations, and emails
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information responsibly
Assist in coordinating board and senior management meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking
Support the preparation and maintenance of basic legal and corporate documents (e.g., agreements, contracts, or filings)
Help track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups assigned by the MD
Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, finance, and operations as required
Provide general administrative and office coordination support related to the MD’s office
Degree or professional qualification in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Approximately 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Exposure to supporting senior leadership is preferred but not mandatory
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and handle tasks under guidance
Basic understanding of corporate governance or statutory documentation is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with a proactive mindset
Exposure to legal documentation or compliance-related coordination is an added advantage
