Creative Designer Intern
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Design graphics and layouts for product illustrations, brochures, leaflets, social media posts, company logos, and other marketing materials using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites, including customizing themes, managing plugins, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with other tools.
- Ensure WordPress websites are well-structured, SEO-optimized, and regularly updated with fresh content.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to brainstorm, strategize, and execute creative concepts for various digital and print materials, including web pages, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand presence and drive audience engagement.
- Ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines, company values, and marketing objectives.
- Work on content creation and updates for marketing collateral, product portfolios, blogs, and case studies.
- Stay up to date with design trends, web development tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Higher Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma is an added advantage.
- Strong creativity with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
