Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and derive Test cases.
- Work closely with different stakeholders (Product owners, Developers, Scrum master,(QA team) to clarify the business requirements and Proactive communication on
- ambiguous requirements.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries and execute stored procedures and functions in the SQL management studio.
- Ability to deploy the developer code in a QA environment using Jenkins.
- High level understanding about the developer code changes by reviewing the code in Bitbucket.
- Ability to maintain Test automation test suite written in python.
- Ability to execute the Smoke, Regression Test automation suite after completing feature level test.
- Participate in Sprint planning, Sprint review, Daily scrum and sprint retrospective.
- Provide the status update, and necessary input and conduct product demos during each ceremony.
- Ability to understand the product domain gaps and communicate them to the team for necessary knowledge transfer.
- Ability to prepare test data using APIs and SQL queries.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in writing Test cases for complex business domains.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in providing Test estimation for complex business domain requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in Test automation using Python and Robot Framework with Page Object Model.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in working with CI / CD environments with Jenkins and Bitbucket.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in working with SQL management studio with Basic SQL queries.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience with API testing tools like POSTMAN.
