FINAP is seeking a Techno-Commercial Delivery Lead who can bridge business ambition and technical execution in a fast-moving fintech environment. This role requires strong technical depth combined with commercial awareness and delivery discipline.
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into structured, executable engineering plans
- Break down complex initiatives into clear, manageable tasks
- Align commercial priorities with technical feasibility
- Challenge unrealistic timelines and drive practical delivery planning
- Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Improve sprint predictability and release discipline
- Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide delivery-focused input
- Hold development teams accountable while maintaining morale and collaboration
- Drive execution quality across multiple product segments
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of total professional experience
- Strong Full Stack development exposure (hands-on experience preferred)
- Experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Project Management roles
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and system architecture
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Ability to simplify technical complexity and prevent overengineering
- Strong commercial awareness and outcome-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage delivery risks and improve execution discipline
